Upon closer inspection it turned out that the second ball in the trough sometimes straddled the last two switches. Polished the switch wires, ball guide and bent the switch leaf closest to the outhole a little to make it less sensitive. Problem solved.

The Front kicker, is there only one guide on the right side, with a bar on the left? Or does it have guides both sides? My left entry post, Ive just discovered had tape and bluetack around it.. do you buy that plastic/rubber stuff that mounts the posts, to make your own or is it premade?
