Here are are some pics of the game being unboxed and set up. The game plays great, I had a small issue with cpu randomly resetting. , but tightened cables, tightened up couple of cable screws to cpu, seems to have fixed the problem. I've been thinking of getting something similar to these and just get rid of the cases. Did the top picture with my cds, much better.

Sorry I don't, I was looking at the same one on ipdb. It's in legal format so I might go down to staples depot to have them print it, as my printer didn't do the job.
