Maybe a stuck switch on the coin door test buttons? Maybe unplug the coin door connector and boot up the game to see what happens.

I agree as well!!!! Layout is great and code is awesome, lots of toys still left on this game. And still a lot more that can be done if keefer is allowed to continue doing code. some more integration with the camera would be cool. Maybe even something goofy like overlapping a pic on a dancing pirat...
