The frequency really isn't a big deal.
Running a game having a 60HZ motor on 50HZ will just make the motor run a little slower. The game should function reasonably normal if the voltage is stepped down to 110. Look at the YouTube videos of 60 hz games running in Australia. Theor motors are slower...
