Hi Friends,
Im triying to recover a Data East RR, the problem is the mylar is wasted.
Chunks of mylar are missing in the center of the pf, other parts shows cracks.
Removing mylar with cold is almost imposible, It breaks too easy, and It took part of the inserts.
Should I try Heat method?

Looks like a ton of rust on the legs and casters. It cannot be pretty inside the cabinets. Without looking under playfield and checking boards, I would start way low with all the bad signs. $500 and no more than $1000 I would say. Lots of risk.

I've found the cupped wire brush very effective to clean steppers with my Bosch 1348E Super Dremel. However, the fingers on the wiper blades sometimes need adjusting afterward.
