No, I haven't. Just read a lot on his website, if you read through his methods, looks very very meticulous. Try contacting smokedog he's in Saskatoon, he could possibly have some first hand info? Of course he has some "reviews" on his own site.

Yes. That 3 or 5 ball jones plug should be on the underside of the playfield or on the board in the bottom of the game.

In a ice cream shop definitely go with a theme that attracts kids.Shrek,South Park,Simpsons,Family Guy are some of the ones that come to mind.Kids won't give a Dialed In the time of day but even a competitive player will drop some quarters in a Shrek.
