The first Williams reverse wedgehead game "Trade Winds" is the only one that can be found with a rectangular head. The sales flyer shows it that way, so obviously they were the early production ones. The only other variation that I've seen in the series is two different paint schemes on the head o...

Yep, a common fix in some circumstances. I also recommend spotlight gel filters. You can get these in many colors from music supply companies or EBay, and they are cheap too

Quoted from Spraynard:Torn over whether to hardtop my frontier. This playfield is going to get dropped into a fully restored cabinet. I think it would look so good with a HT, but the normal PF isn’t all that bad by frontier standards (probably because of the Mylar). What do you all think? HT or le...

I've been noticing a lot of unexpected ball saves as well. Unfortunately, I have very little time on the normal code, so I don't know how it differs from Chad's in this regard.
Quoted from maffewl:Listen (or look) to make sure it's not going into the subway return hole. You will hear it kick out to...

Quoted from Balaraform:Damonator—-do you know of a good shipper in the area? From Tulsa to Atlanta. There are two machines I would like.
I ordered some A/C units out of TN and they used a company called Averitt Express. They were *way* faster than NAVL (like 3 days from ship to arrival) and the...

It is unbelievable how prissy some pinheads can be. The dude makes unobtainable parts that noone else does and probably isn't getting rich off it. You might want to lower your expectations a bit or make them yourself if you want perfection. Don't forget manufactures were just churning out these gam...

Quoted from Bladerunner1:sorry for all the questions but after cleaning the parts and dirt off the playfield, what wax do you use that is best and where do i get it. Like car wax? carnuba wax?
I think most will recommend any 100% pure carnauba wax, as usually cleaner/polish/wax combo products might ...

Quoted from Atari_Daze:OP, consider replacing the fuse holders on your machine as one of mine, which was original, had broken.
Good point. I usually replace mine too because the clips on the old fuse holders get loose and tend to snap off.
