My launcher issue is maybe 1 in 10, so not really much to worry about, but would be interested to see how cgc fix it. Personally, given it seems A bit random, i think it might be the amount of play in the plunger. It wiggles around a fair bit. Would seem the plunger could strike at a different angle...

Turns out there were two fuses blown 1 x 4A (F1 location on Solenoid Driver board) and 1 x 6.3A (F1 location on PIN-PCB-POWSPL).
They are both slow blow fuses and were replaced with slow blow fuses of the same Amp/volts.
Jaycar had the glass 4A fuses but didn't have any glass 6.3A slow blow fuses s...

Just wanted to follow-up on the resolution of this thread in case it helps someone else.
I reflowed the solder on the J106 pins and afterwards was getting continuity to J106-5 from TP7 and J107-6. Reconnected the board, voltage at J106-5 was 21V. All flashers work as they should.

Issue resolved. Adjusting the switch and found one of the screws that hold the switch in place was backed out just enough to allow a little bit of movement which must have been keeping the switch from registering sometimes. Tightened it up and multiple games since with no problems.
