"lives"? Any rate, I love paginated schematics ... but I think you might have a short in the lights. Check B-I-G and the "Bonus" 1000 switches.

There is a gasket at the edge of the motherboard that will need to be re-attached to the new motherboard prior to installation. The motherboard is held down by 6 screws. Do not over tighten these. Just good and snug. 1223171032 (resized).jpg

Quoted from epthegeek:It needs 1.3b because that revision includes more RAM which is required to store the monster size that GOT is. If the only display you've got is the older style and you don't want to spring for a new one (and use the current display in some other game) you can have the old boa...

Unfortunately I was unable to get this running for Thanksgiving. Pinballomatic was spot on. You really should send both boards back at the same time. The reason is obvious. With the power board problem you can't tell if the motherboard has been damaged unless you have a way to test it. Another call ...

Quoted from Phat_Jay:Which is fine, you are certainly free to list it wherever for whatever, and I did say “am I missing something”. Just that pinside values the machine at 450. Given the improper repair in the shooters lane and a missing piece of wood where the lockdown bar should be, if 450 wa...

I believe the Rottendog MPU should work fine with Rocky and Bullwinkle. If you don't have any acid damage, the definitely check your 5V on the board. I'd also reseat the CPU and EPROMS. Also, most Rocky and Bullwinkle ROM revisions bypass the checksum check, so if you get bit rot then you won't g...

Sunday 24 December 2017 at 20:46

Quoted from Rondogg:Some people are also ridiculous about coin doors, I don't get that one either... I used to work in an arcade. We had a couple of troublemakers that the manager wouldn't kick out. He finally did, but not until after they had damaged several games. They would kick the legs, even...

For those of you debating between the LCD and LED display, here's my take on it. I personally prefer the look of the LCD, and this is the route I choose to go with all my games. The LED is brighter, but the images look nicer to me on the LCD. The dots on the LCD have an almost painterly quality to t...
