finishing up a shop job for my friend. When I hit the left ramp alot of times the ball flies off about 4-5 inches after it does the 180 and heading back. Anyone else have airballs off the left ramp? Def seems to be too much speed..I added super bands to flippers so I guess I need to check that.

You're unlikely to find a working DW for < $3k USD, let alone $2k. In general, you're not going to find DMD titles for < $2k. There are great sys 11 games that can be found for < $2k though: Taxi. High Speed. Space Station.
