I have the same problem with Gorgar. It usually happens when the flippers are activated almost simultaneously. I haven't isolated the problem, but I do go into the backbox and wiggle the connections on the power board and the right side of the MPU (from Rottendog). This usually clears up the issue ...

What type of flipper buttons does this cabinet use?
IPDB.org's pictures aren't very clear but it looks like it maybe the more standard button rather than the early solid-state buttons I offer.
If I'm mistaken and you machine uses the buttons I offer let me know.
