Thanks for the replies! I attached a photo of the new board, installed. I also attached a photo of the old board, exactly how it was installed (no heat sink) and completely burnt out. OK, thanks. I think it must be due to the fact that the EOS goes through the flipper board on the way to the PDB. Anyone willing to check one more thing? On TFTC, if you are in switch test mode and you manually move the flipper bat up, do you get an EOS switch indicated? I do not.

You may have done something in the score motor on the last problem. It looks like 1B might cover both problems; DX is your first ball relay. Or you may have done something on 2B; "P" is the Add Player unit. Also, look at the Replay Button relay circuit, right above the circled Start relay.
