JamesK on "Eight Ball Deluxe Low Power"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:41

Thanks for the replies! I attached a photo of the new board, installed. I also attached a photo of the old board, exactly how it was installed (no heat sink) and completely burnt out. It blew fuses F3, F1 and F5. As you can see, there is only 1 bridge. 4 diodes replace the second bridge, but I don...

paynemic on "MMR Owners Club, all things MMR discussed"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:40

Quoted from KozMckPinball:Is this at home? How many home MMRs have the tilt enabled? Its at home. I have tilt on all my machines (usually set at the most generous setting). I feel like nudging is part of the game, but so is knowing where the limit is.

Roostking on "Sterns new cabinets..."

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:39

Quoted from vireland:That's the best reason. They need to catch up or reorganize or shake up management or SOMETHING to get their act together. I'm out of Stern NIB until I see changes in the field, not promises. Fortunately Houdini and jPotC can fill that void just fine for the next 6-12 months. A...

LOTR_breath on "TFTC Non used switch active"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:39

OK, thanks. I think it must be due to the fact that the EOS goes through the flipper board on the way to the PDB. Anyone willing to check one more thing? On TFTC, if you are in switch test mode and you manually move the flipper bat up, do you get an EOS switch indicated? I do not. This game is a Ja...

Who-Dey on "A dark night for Stern"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:39

This thread has totally lost sight of what it was originally about, which is the awesome POTC game by JJP. There is a thread called “Hey Stern are you serious” that is a Stern bashing thread, we should take the Stern bashing to that thread. Let’s talk about the new great POTC game by JJP!

chocky909 on "Which JJP POTC are you going to buy?"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:38

I thought the LEs were limited to 2000 or 2500 or something. I can't find any evidence of this though... Are there any sales figures for JJPs previous titles around?

currieddog on "Target Alpha only 1 player"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:37

You may have done something in the score motor on the last problem. It looks like 1B might cover both problems; DX is your first ball relay. Or you may have done something on 2B; "P" is the Add Player unit. Also, look at the Replay Button relay circuit, right above the circled Start relay. TA score...

ChipScott on "Stern STAR WARS club...May The Force Be With You"

Monday 30 October 2017 at 00:37

Quoted from japespin:Thanks for the fan help, everyone. One more Stern newbie question for you. How do you actually move the outlane pin down a notch to narrow it down? I took the nut out from underneath, but still doesn't budge. I'm admittedly being extremely careful and not using much force, so ma...
