I took other readings,and had help when looking number and probe,to make sure of right readings. U1 pin 8 = LOW pulses at (01) U2 pin 7 = HIGH pulses at (01) Looked at probe a couple of times to make sure of high and low readings, seems odd to me they are different, but they both do pulse at (01), I...
