Six digit retro kit, two board using old board - Problem is100,000 six segment displays same value as ones six segment. Any help is appreciated.

I was playing my Firepower the other day, and suddenly my right flipper quit. Left flipper still works fine. I decided to replace the coil and the cabinet swith, since the old coil looked original and the switch looked pretty sad. Didn't fix the problem. Now the coil shows its only getting 4 volts. ...
