Dialed in by a lot. I’m not a huge fan of the theme but Lawlor did such a great job with it. It would probably last longer in your collection.

Voltages at the DMD seem fine:
127.0, 115.2, 4.9, 11.8, and 61.5
This only appears to happen on screens where there's an animation with mixed text.

I'm pretty sure you spot the insert on the Bank Shot lane, and then another shot up the Bank Shot lane will claim it. Your Same Player Shoots Again insert between the flippers should then light up.
