GRUMPY on "High Speed Right Flipper Coils Locking"

Monday 18 December 2017 at 17:44

Look at the cabinet switch, did something bang into it knocking it out of adjustment, did the contacts weld themselves together? Lastly if the contacts are open then cut one lead of the capacitor off the switch and retest.

I gotta go with the Stern Star Trek warp ramp. I haven't played that game a ton, but man, getting multiple shots on that thing just feels awesome.

jawjaw on "IM vs. BSD vs. WCS"

Monday 18 December 2017 at 17:41

Kinda thinking same - pass on all 3. All are pretty decent. BSD and WCS not too expensive and fun. WCS for whatever reason does not appeal to me that much. I have a BSD on loan and have been playing it a lot lately. It's a pretty simple pin and very challenging gameplay. You work hard building...

Darcy on "How to secure loose bumper caps"

Monday 18 December 2017 at 17:40

Quoted from boilerman:a 1/4" piece of a rubber band glued to the inner lip of the cap work great too Have used this method several times. A little rubber cement, small piece of rubber band, 1/2 hour drying time, and your pop cap is secured.
