I'm getting 4.1v at TP1 on the regulator board. The supply: unreg 11.9v at TP5 is low at 11.3v ... but this shouldn't matter, right? The 5v regulator should take care of that I assume. I replaced every component in the regulator circuit, (5v regulator, resistors, caps) but still 4.1v persists. I...
