Here are the voltages:
Pin 4 = .8
Pin 5 = .8
Pin 12 = nothing
Pin 2 = nothing
Pin 7 = nothing
Pin 10 = .8
Pin 9 = .8
One caveat: I was totally unable to find either a dot or a notch, so I assumed the lower left pin was Pin 1, with the chip oriented so that the print on the top could be read. Pic bel...
