I'd give the edge to WH2O and I own (and love) TS. It's just one of those full package games that's hard for me to criticize too much. Cool theme, unique layout, beautiful, sounds great, etc.
You said price is a "slight factor", and TS wins all day if that's involved. WH2O is like $1000+ more than T...
