Be sure the rom version of both the cpu and display roms are the same.
I think you used the wroung chip size.
The display rom file is 64Kb and would need a 27C512 chip.
You can use the 27C010 chip, but you would need to double the file.
Like this (at the dos prompt): COPY /B tmntdsp.104+tmntdsp.104 ...
