Never knew this club existed, but coincidentally I picked-up my first Genco machine last week. It's a 1940 Genco "Metro" and it's in fabulous aesthetic and functional condition. Really proud to have this in my collection:

I did this fix and put the power to 24. Hits the flipper every time. Never close to SDTM either.

Quoted from vid1900:Set the DIP switches for "memory clear", perform the clear, then put in FS back as the game.
Then listen when you start a game that the relay clicks on

Hi Klokkie,
Nice find with that Screwball. There's a guy on Facebook (Tom Considine...look in the group "Woodrail pinball machines, EM arcade games and little mechanical pins"), who recently restored one. Perhaps he'll be of some help to you.
Good luck with the restore!

So the rumor was Stern wanted the Alien license as well. With the Heighway game being shitcanned and only a handful of them out in the world with no more to come, I wonder if we might see a Stern version down the road? (not a re-release of the Heighway version, but an internal Stern design Alien).

Quoted from vid1900:You all will spend $150 on plastic dolls, $200 on LEDs, $250 on blades, $100 on Silicone rings - but won't spend $28 on a can of real wax.
I'll spend on the wax, but not the other stuff!

It will have zero impact. Pinballs reset due to low voltage not frequency. Games can run on the 50HZ from overseas if you want. Score motors in EMs will run at a different speed but modern pinball machines using DC motors do not care about frequency.
