although on this one I sanded the inserts to 320 grit then applied a clear acrilic over them.

After a plastic is Photoshoped, sometimes we have to print it to check the fit. Here we are working on a torpedo alley and the plastic was printed on some card stock. we can see that we want to lengthen one of the corners to make it cover up a post top
